  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted butter, bourbon, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet until just mixed. Fold in toffee chips and pecans.
  5. Chill dough for at least two hours.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
