  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
