  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping the turkey bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and mincing garlic.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, chopped turkey bacon, green onions, and jalapeño.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch dressing, lime juice, garlic powder, milk, buttermilk, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently fold until well coated; adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
