  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 500g)
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, sauté minced garlic briefly until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth; season with black pepper.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the Alfredo sauce until well coated and top with sliced grilled chicken strips.
