  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides (about 6-7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, mix everything gently to combine flavors evenly, and heat through for an additional 3-4 minutes.
