  • 300g rotini pasta (or any short pasta)
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain together.
