  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper; place in slow cooker.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until smooth.
