  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking apart until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until softened. Stir in spinach and cook briefly.
