  • 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/41 cup granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large egg whites

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix flour, egg yolks, melted butter, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
  4. Gently fold in beaten egg whites until just incorporated.

  6. Bake for about 45 minutes or until bubbling at the edges and golden brown on top.
