  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
