  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium zucchinis (sliced)
  • 1.5 cups corn kernels (cooked)

  • smoked paprika
  • chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken and zucchini; measure all ingredients.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
