  • 4 boneless chicken thigh fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 ml lime juice
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 2 avocados
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions
