  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (or teriyaki sauce)

  • 2 red bell peppers (diced and sliced)
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine or basmati rice
