  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • orange food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and egg until creamy. Mix in vanilla extract and desired amount of orange food coloring.
  4. Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared dish, followed by dollops of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining brownie batter and more cream cheese dollops. Gently swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
