Ingredients

  • Whole chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice
  • Chicken broth
  • Baby yellow and red potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
