  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream soft butter and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Alternately add the dry mixture and milk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  7. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter until well combined.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Spoon half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over this batter layer.
  10. Pour the remaining batter over the swirl mixture.
