  • 2 cups cooked grains (brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese (optional)
  • Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt-based)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak using olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
