  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on the counter; sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Place the cheese mixture over the cheddar and cover with remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a round shape; secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Remove wrapping and place on a platter; top with a bell pepper stem.
