  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 18 ounces refrigerated cheese/spinach ravioli
  • 2 cups fresh chopped spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onion with salt and pepper until translucent (3–4 minutes).
  3. Add garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté for another 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Crumble in the Italian sausage; cook until browned.
  6. Add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and ravioli; season to taste.
  7. Simmer for about 3–5 minutes until ravioli is cooked al dente.
  8. Stir in spinach and heavy cream until warmed through.
  9. Adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with shaved Parmesan before serving.
