  • 1 cup romaine or mixed lettuce
  • 68 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 68 green olives
  • Optional: 1 tsp olive oil and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar for dressing

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Grill or pan-sear for about 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
