  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, sauté green onion, ginger, garlic, and oil over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add all remaining sauce ingredients into the saucepan; whisk to combine and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Toss cooked noodles with the sauce in the saucepan and let them simmer together briefly to meld flavors.
  5. Serve topped with fresh green onion and cilantro as desired.
