  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 385°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the mini potatoes thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, mix cold water with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Carve skull faces into each potato and place them in the lemon water.
  4. In another bowl, mix olive oil, remaining lemon juice, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Drain potatoes from lemon water, coat them in the seasoning mixture, and arrange on the baking sheet face side up.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
